Every week I have leaders tell me about all of the things that are frustrating them. The reasons they are failing to meet expectations, either their own or from others. I get complaints about the little nagging things. A constant wave of micro-issues and challenges that can pile up. There is a solution to all of these, but the problem is where we look first.
